Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Users may not post prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or fraudulent items. Market195 may remove listings that violate these Terms or create risk for users.
5. Payments and Transactions
Market195 does not currently process or guarantee payments between users. Any payment, refund, delivery, shipping, or dispute arrangement is handled directly between the buyer and seller.
6. Safety
Users should use caution when buying or selling. Meet in public places when possible, protect personal information, avoid suspicious payment requests, and report unsafe or fraudulent behavior.
7. User Conduct
Users may not harass others, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt fraud, share harmful links, or use Market195 for illegal or abusive activity.
